Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your pen tablet. If it is not for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return an item

1. Email us at andy1642za@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and tell us your order number.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the tablet back with all of its accessories and packaging.

Items must be complete and in a resaleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item that is not faulty, and for the item until it reaches us, so please use a tracked service.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund you within 10 business days using the same payment method you used at checkout. We will refund the price you paid for the item. Original shipping charges are refunded where the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Faulty items and your warranty

Every tablet is covered by a 6-month warranty against faults. If your tablet develops a fault, contact us and we will repair or replace it, or refund you. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, which gives you 6 months to return goods that are unsafe, defective or not fit for their intended purpose.

Cancelling an order

Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 you may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day return policy gives you longer than the law requires.
