Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We do not ship outside South Africa at this time.

How long it takes

Orders are sent by tracked courier and typically arrive within 2 to 4 working days of your order being dispatched. Deliveries take place on working days, and outlying areas can take a little longer.

What delivery costs

Your delivery charge is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Tracking your order

We email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier. If your tracking has not updated for more than two working days, contact us at andy1642za@gmail.com and we will follow it up.

Addresses and failed deliveries

Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry a further delivery charge.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo before opening it where you can, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our refund policy for how returns and replacements work.
