1. Who we are

This website is operated by Drawly ("we", "us"). Our address is 99 Richardson Street, Potchefstroom, North West, 2526, South Africa and you can reach us at andy1642za@gmail.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell the XPPen Deco 640 pen tablet. It is a pen tablet that connects to a computer or an Android phone. It does not have its own screen and is not a standalone device. Product photographs and specifications are supplied by the manufacturer and are shown as accurately as we can.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in South African rand and include any taxes that apply. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. Where a reduced price is shown next to a higher price, the higher price is our regular selling price outside the sale period. We may change prices and end promotions at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

Payments are processed by Stitch. We never see or store your card details.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract comes into being when we accept your order and dispatch it. If we cannot supply an item, or if it was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you and refund you in full.

5. Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our refund policy. Every tablet carries a 6-month warranty against faults, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

6. Using this website

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission. Reviews quoted on this website are the words of the people who wrote them.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.
